- Hotel pickup is generally scheduled between 07:00 and 08:50, depending on the Phuket area.
- Guests arriving directly at Chalong Pier should complete check-in before boarding.
- The planned catamaran departure from Chalong Pier is approximately 10:15–10:30.
- The sequence of islands and snorkeling locations may change according to weather, sea conditions and operational requirements.
- Maya Bay has a 2026 seasonal conservation closure from 1 August to 30 September. During this period, landing at Maya Bay is not permitted; the bay may be viewed from the water and the operator may adjust the route.
- Guests should bring sunscreen, sunglasses, personal medication, cash, a waterproof bag if needed, swimwear, beach shoes and a hat or cap.
- Safety instructions from the professional tour team and boat crew must be followed throughout the cruise.
