General Terms & Conditions

Guidza is an experience marketplace that helps travellers discover and book experiences offered by independent Experience Providers.

Experiences may include, among other things, adventure activities, cultural experiences, food experiences, outdoor activities, workshops, day experiences, entertainment and other travel-related experiences.

Unless an experience is specifically identified as a Guidza Special, the experience is operated and delivered by the Experience Provider shown on the relevant experience page.

Guidza does not own, operate or directly conduct ordinary experiences listed on the platform.

Guidza Specials are experiences that may be created, curated, organised, operated or co-operated by Guidza. Additional terms may apply to such experiences.

Experience Providers are independent businesses, individuals or organisations offering experiences through Guidza.

The Experience Provider is responsible for delivering its experience as described on the Guidza platform and for complying with applicable laws, licences, permits, safety requirements and other obligations relating to its experience.

The terms specific to an experience, including eligibility requirements, age restrictions, safety requirements, cancellation conditions and other rules, will be displayed on the relevant experience page or otherwise communicated before or after booking.

You are responsible for reading these terms before making a booking.

You must provide accurate information when using Guidza.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a booking, unless Guidza expressly allows otherwise.

Persons Below 18

Persons below 18 years of age may participate in an experience only:

• With the permission and appropriate supervision of a parent or legal guardian
• Where the Experience Provider permits participation by persons below 18 years of age

An Experience Provider may impose additional age, height, weight, health, fitness or other eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

You Must Not

• Create an account using false information
• Use another person's account without permission
• Share your login credentials
• Create multiple accounts to misuse offers or promotions
• Use Guidza for unlawful or fraudulent activities

Guidza may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the account has been misused or these Terms have been violated.

We work with Experience Providers to provide accurate information about experiences.

Information may include:

• Experience descriptions
• Photographs and videos
• Prices
• Duration
• Location
• Availability
• Inclusions and exclusions
• Age requirements
• Physical or medical requirements
• Safety requirements
• Cancellation conditions

Much of this information is provided by the Experience Provider. The provider is responsible for ensuring that the information supplied by it is accurate and current.

Experience details may change because of weather, availability, operational requirements, government restrictions or other circumstances. Where a material change affects your booking, Guidza or the Experience Provider will communicate it where reasonably possible.

When you make a booking through Guidza, you agree to provide the information required to process the booking.

A booking is confirmed when Guidza sends you a booking confirmation or otherwise confirms the booking through the platform.

You should check your booking confirmation carefully and contact Guidza at care@guidza.com if you identify an error.

Certain experiences may require confirmation by the Experience Provider before the booking becomes final.

The price displayed on Guidza is the price applicable to the booking at the time of purchase, subject to any clearly disclosed taxes, fees, discounts or additional charges.

Prices may change before a booking is made.

Once a booking is successfully confirmed and paid for, the applicable price for that booking will normally remain unchanged unless the experience-specific terms state otherwise.

Payments made through Guidza are processed through authorised payment partners. Guidza currently uses Razorpay as its payment gateway.

You must use a payment method that you are legally authorised to use.

Guidza may refuse, cancel or review a transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, unauthorised payment, misuse or violation of these Terms.

Cancellation and refund terms may vary from one experience to another.

The cancellation terms displayed for a particular experience form part of your booking.

You should review the applicable cancellation terms before booking.

Where a refund is due, Guidza may provide the refund through the Guidza Wallet or through another permitted refund method, subject to the applicable cancellation terms and law.

Guidza may provide eligible refunds, promotional credits or other amounts as Guidza Wallet credit.

Wallet credits may be used towards eligible experiences available through Guidza.

Wallet credits are not transferable and cannot normally be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted by Guidza.

Separate Wallet terms may apply.

When participating in an experience, you must:

• Arrive at the required location on time
• Follow reasonable instructions given by the Experience Provider
• Comply with applicable laws and local rules
• Respect other participants, staff, local communities and property
• Use equipment responsibly
• Disclose information where the provider reasonably requires it for participation
• Comply with the experience's safety and eligibility requirements

You must not participate while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substance that may impair your ability to participate safely.

An Experience Provider may refuse participation where a traveller does not meet the stated requirements or where participation may reasonably endanger the traveller or others.

Some experiences involve inherent risks, including physical activity, outdoor conditions, water, altitude, animals, vehicles, equipment, remote locations, weather and other hazards.

You should carefully consider whether an experience is suitable for you before booking.

Where an experience has specific medical, fitness, age or safety requirements, you are responsible for reviewing and following them.

Guidza does not provide insurance coverage for every experience.

Where insurance is included in a particular experience, this will be specifically stated on the relevant experience page and the applicable insurance terms will apply.

Guidza does not represent that every experience available on the platform is insured.

Experience Providers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any insurance required by applicable law or appropriate for the activities they provide.

Where Guidza offers or facilitates an insurance product through an authorised insurance provider or partner in the future, separate terms will apply to that product.

Only travellers who have completed an eligible booking may submit a review for that experience.

Guidza does not permit reviews that are purchased, fabricated, submitted on behalf of another person or otherwise manipulated.

Reviews are intended to reflect the genuine experience of the traveller.

Guidza May Moderate, Hide or Remove Content That

• Contains abusive or threatening language
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
• Contains unlawful or harmful content
• Reveals another person's private information
• Is spam or promotional content
• Is fraudulent or misleading
• Violates these Terms

A review will not be removed merely because it is negative or critical.

You may submit reviews, photographs, videos and other content through Guidza (“User Content”).

You remain responsible for the User Content you submit and must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

By submitting User Content, you grant Guidza a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt and distribute that content for operating, improving and marketing Guidza.

Guidza may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Guidza and its licensors own or have the necessary rights to the Guidza name, logo, website, application, design, technology, content and other intellectual property used by Guidza.

You may use Guidza only for personal and lawful purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit Guidza's intellectual property without our prior written permission.

Guidza may use third-party services for payments, communications, maps, analytics, authentication, hosting and other functions.

Your use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

We work to keep Guidza available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Guidza may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, security reasons, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Guidza may investigate transactions, accounts or activities that appear fraudulent, abusive or unlawful.

We may cancel bookings, restrict payments, suspend accounts or take other appropriate action where we reasonably believe that fraud, misuse or a violation of these Terms has occurred.

For ordinary experiences, the Experience Provider is responsible for the actual delivery and operation of the experience.

This includes responsibility for matters within the provider's control, including its staff, equipment, permits, operational procedures and delivery of the experience.

Guidza is responsible for the marketplace and booking services it provides to users.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Experiences marked as Guidza Specials may be created, curated, organised, operated or co-operated by Guidza.

The specific booking page for a Guidza Special will identify the applicable arrangements and any additional terms.

Where Guidza is directly responsible for an aspect of a Guidza Special, these Terms will apply together with the experience-specific terms.

Guidza or an Experience Provider may be unable to perform certain obligations because of circumstances beyond reasonable control.

These may include natural disasters, extreme weather, landslides, floods, earthquakes, government restrictions, road closures, strikes, civil unrest, war, public emergencies, technical failures or other unforeseen events.

Where such circumstances affect a booking, Guidza and/or the Experience Provider will take reasonable steps to communicate available options.

Refunds or credits will be handled according to the applicable experience terms and applicable law.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Guidza Privacy Policy.

By using Guidza, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as necessary to provide bookings, payments, customer support, fraud prevention, platform operations and other legitimate services.

Guidza may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology or applicable law.

The latest version will be published on Guidza.

Your continued use of Guidza after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

Guidza may suspend or terminate access to an account or the platform where necessary because of:

• Fraud
• Unlawful activity
• Misuse
• Serious misconduct
• Violation of these Terms
• Threats to the safety of users or providers
• Abuse of promotions or payment systems

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights available to consumers, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of Guidza shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India.

For questions, complaints, booking assistance or other support:
