- Travelers must strictly respect reporting timings, sightseeing durations, and departure schedules at every stop as the vehicle and driver are required to safely return back to Leh on the same day. Delays caused by individual travelers may impact the overall experience flow for the entire group.
- Pickup and drop are available only for hotels/guesthouses located within approximately 2 kms radius of Leh Main Market operational area. Additional charges may apply for locations outside the operational zone.
- The journey involves long driving hours through high-altitude mountain roads, steep ascents, rough terrain, and changing weather conditions.
- In case a traveler feels unwell during the expedition, basic oxygen and first aid support will be provided wherever operationally possible. Additional evacuation, taxi support, medical transport, or emergency arrangements if required shall be chargeable directly to the traveler.
- Only one small backpack or duffle bag per traveler is recommended. Large luggage bags or suitcases are not advisable due to limited vehicle space.
- Travelers are advised to carry sufficient cash as ATMs and digital payment networks may not function reliably in remote regions.
